Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future booking within 6 months. If Cancellation is made 4 weeks prior to the event.

Photo Policy

Please note that we sometimes do take photos at parties and that these party photos may be used to show a party experience on our web-site and on Social media. If you do not want photos placed on our web-site and Social media, Please tell us in advance. These photos will in no way be used to create merchandise or to sell to the public, only to promote and show potential customers a true representation of what they can expect when booking with us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to ask.

 Food Break and Birthday Cake During Parties

 If your party is for 2 hours or longer, your entertainer will stop halfway through the party to allow the children a 20 - 30 minute food break and to sing Happy Birthday to the birthday child. If you require more or less time for eating, or if you are feeding the children after the party, please let your entertainer know on booking. Your entertainer will liaise with you on the day regarding the food break and bringing out the birthday cake.

Safety

The Childrens Entertainer will always prioritise the safety of the children during the performance and whilst entertaining. All Entertainers have a full DBS Check however we are not childminders and require Parents or Guardians to be responsible for supervising children at all times, and they will be liable for any damages incurred to equipment.

Sweets and Prizes

Individually wrapped sweets, small prizes and stickers are often offered throughout our parties if you or anyone has any allergies please let us know in advance.

Outdoor Parties

For safety reasons, we are unable to use our disco equipment outside in wet weather. If you are holding your party outside, please ensure you have a contingency plan in the event of any rain, such as holding the party in your home or supplying a marquee or gazebo. If you have booked Giant Bubbles and the weather isn’t favourable we will do our best to offer alternative services such as disco, games, Balloon Modelling or magic indoors, However Bubbles LOVE rain and they will still be great if rain is the issue.

Entertainer requirements

 Where possible, we politely request that a small table is provided for performing the magic show and disco and x2 plug sockets close to the performance area.

 Also please ensure a free parking space is available close to the venue with clear directions for the entertainer on the day of the party.

 Bouncy castles, soft play and other entertainment

 We dont recommend Bouncy castles, or any soft play equipment when also hiring this service as we offer a full party package and anything else could cause distractions to the Magic show and entertainment, Where possible we kindly request that if you do decide to hire these please deflate or keep them closed off whilst the magic show is being performed at the very least.

Balloon Models

We suggest these are not appropriate for any children below 3 years of age, If you would still like your little one to have a Balloon, we are more than happy to do so, but please be aware these can be a hazard to small children.

               Glitter Tattoos and Glitter Bar

For Health and Safety Precautions Glitter Tattoos can only be places on arms/legs/body and not faces, Festival style face glitter can be styled on faces and is applied with Aloe Vera Gel as it is delicate on the skin, however some people may still have allergies to Aloe Vera in rare cases so please ensure your guests are aware of products used.

All Glitter products are for 3 years up onwards.

Payment

A deposit is due when returning your booking form to secure your party date, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date and can be made payable by bank transfer from the details given in the booking form.
